We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Trusted Courier Services
To ensure secure and timely delivery, we ship using well-established courier partners such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS. Every order includes tracking details, which are emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

  • Ready-to-ship items are typically dispatched within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Order cut-off times are approximate and may vary due to payment authorisation delays or holidays.

Dispatch timelines are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.

Delivery Timeframes

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, including courier delays or customs clearance in the destination country.

Important Delivery Information

  • We are unable to redirect or modify delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.

  • A signature may be required upon delivery. In some residential deliveries, couriers may leave the package in a safe place at their discretion.

  • We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

  • Era Design UK is not responsible for delays caused by customs, border authorities, or courier service disruptions.

    Address Change Requests

  • Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of placing an order.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, address updates are subject to courier approval and cannot be guaranteed.

Era Design UK cannot be held responsible if a courier is unable to process an address change after dispatch.

Shipping Insurance & Responsibility

All orders are fully insured by Era Design UK while in transit.

  • If a parcel is lost before being marked as delivered, the responsibility remains with Era Design UK.

  • Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We cannot accept liability for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation.

If you have experienced delivery issues previously, we recommend:

  • Using a secure business address, or

  • Arranging collection directly from the courier’s authorised pickup location.

Tracking information is included in your shipping confirmation email.

For gift deliveries, a signature at the delivery address is considered valid proof of receipt and fulfilment.

Delivered but Not Received

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered, Era Design UK is unable to issue a refund or replacement. For secure delivery, we strongly advise selecting a safe and reliable delivery address.
